Program Management

Our staff has certifications through PMI for project management and have a rich history in working with our clients to manage scope, schedule, and cost.  We have key leadership positions in our firm that understand business process analysis and program management to track and mitigate risk factors.  We work closely with our clients to work within schedule and cost constraints to help optimize the their project needs.  We understand the importance of strategic communications and implementation of communication plans.  One of our key strengths is assisting organizations with a translator role through a Program Management Office (PMO) to connect their business and project needs with the technical engineering aspects.  We can assist the PMO leadership with trade study analysis at both an engineering and program management level to help provide the best ROI on developed solutions.
