Our staff has certifications through PMI for project management and we have a rich history in working with our clients to manage scope, schedule, and cost. We have key leadership positions in our firm that understand business process analysis and program management to track and mitigate risk factors. We work closely with our clients to maintain schedule and work within cost constraints to help optimize project needs. We understand the importance of strategic communications and implementation of communication plans.

One of our key strengths is assisting organizations with a technical translator role, through a Program Management Office (PMO), to connect their business and project needs with technology and engineering. We can assist high level government PMO leadership with trade study analysis at both an engineering and program management level to help provide the best ROI on developed solutions.
