Help Desk Specialist

The candidate will work with an existing test team of technical staff to support help desk activities for a web portal system. Candidate will be required to learn the system in detail and document engagement with users when resolving support requests. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and proactively support users. Candidate may be asked to support authoring training, outreach, and support materials. Preferred candidate will have experience with using chat bot technologies within web portal systems to directly engage users through IM and if needed screensharing. Candidate must be a U.S Citizen based on nature of work in support of government clients and agencies. Additional experience working and training web-based system users is a plus.

Software Tester

The candidate will work with an existing test team of two technical staff to support end user level testing. This will include development and execution of manual inspection test cases. Candidate may also be asked to support Tier 2/3 level help desk analysis that involve exploratory testing to replicate system issues. This position will work with core staff located in the Central, Kentucky area but may perform work remotely. Candidate must be a U.S Citizen based on nature of work in support of government clients and agencies. Additional experience working with and training users on web-based systems is a plus.

· Test Framework design and creation

· Automated Test Case & Procedure Development

· CI/CD pipeline development with automated testing

· Execution of Automated/Scripted testing and sampling

· Training staff on tool usage · User documentation and user engagement

Deputy Project Manager

The Deputy Program Manager will interface with the government customer daily and provide support to the existing Program Manager for all management functions on the contract. Candidate will track software delivery schedules and support sprint/release planning. Additionally, this position will have corporate responsibility and report to the CEO directly. The primary areas of corporate activities will include some business development/customer engagement.
